VTI Terms and Conditions to provide confirm Deals

The website www.visiontradeindia.com (Hereinafter referred to as the 'Portal') is an electronic web-based platform for exchanging, exploring and enhancing business online by searching and interacting with suitable companies. It is owned, controlled and managed by a Company duly registered under the Companies Act 2013 and ISO 9001:2015 Certified organisation "M/s Visiontrade India Innovation Private Limited" (Hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), having its registered office at Second Floor, E-1087, Harijan Basti, Sector-7, Dada Dev Plaza Palam, South West Delhi- 110075.

It is mandatory for all members/clients of the Portal to read and understand the Terms and Conditions before they proceed to make payment for availing any of the services of the Portal. Membership fees paid by the clients/members for availing any of the services of the Portal will prove that the Clients/members have freely consented and voluntarily agreed to abide by the additional Terms and Conditions mentioned herein below:


General Terms and Conditions:

  • The Company will provide the due deliverables/services to its clients/members provided they extend full cooperation to the Company executives. In other words, the clients/members are under obligation to respond ASAP to the Company/Portal executives as and when they are contacted by means of Messages/Calls/Mails etc.
  • It is accepted and agreed by the clients/members that non-cooperation from their end may lead to deficiency in services for which it is they who shall be solely responsible.
  • The Portal does not arrange conference calls with international buyers under 'Buyer Connect Service' rather this service is limited with domestic clients only.
  • Terms of Payment including mode of payment etc. shall be decided between the parties i.e. buyers and sellers on the basis of negotiation. Since the role of the Company in negotiation is completely absent and therefore the Company will not be held responsible for any default on the part of any of the parties.
  • The role of the Company/Portal is to connect the suppliers with the buyers across the world (Domestic and International) to materialize the deals.
  • The suppliers are expected to give sufficient time so that the Company could provide the right buyers keeping in view their requirements and preferences.
  • The suppliers are expected to have patience and to avail the deliverables/services as per the membership packages opted by them. The Company will try the best to fulfil its commitments and provide optimum services to its clients.
  • The Clients agree not to justify the level of services extended to them on short-term basis but they are expected to wait and enjoy the services for the whole membership period and it is assured that the Company will satisfy them to the extent possible. The deliverables and services (i.e. deals and inquiries) are to be given to the clients within a specific membership period and therefore the clients are expected to cooperate the Company for availing the services till the membership period expires. Short-term judgement, in no way, can be the basis to make the Company liable for deficiency in services.
  • It is clarified that Buyer connection is done only with two numbers +91-7838567259 & +91-7042335028. If any other number is found to be used for connecting the buyers, then the clients are expected to immediately contact the support team at support@visiontradeindia.com within 24 hours. If mail not received within 24 hours, then no liability will arise against the Company.
  • It has also been made clear that while working with deals and inquiries, the responsibility of the Company will be limited to connect the clients with the inquiries and nothing more than that.
  • The clients/members are expected to provide to the Company true and accurate information.
  • Information/Images/ Contents available on member's classifieds- Website is completely controlled by respective member and Vision Trade India bears no accountability/liability for any sort of legal issues including authenticity or copyright. All such issues need to be directly addressed to respective member.

Validity of Payment:

The Company shall be responsible only for those payments which are made in the accounts of the Company. In other words, the Company, in no way, shall be liable for any Payments made to accounts other than the Company accounts.

Refund Policy:

There is no refund policy in the Company because soon after the payment is made by the clients, several expert teams work together for activating the membership plan opted by the clients and that to also with their due and prior approval.

Privacy Policy:

We need only basic information viz. name, business address, email address, mobile/phone numbers, company name, job title etc.; the disclosure of which, in no way, will cause harm to the members/clients. Besides, the said information is provided by the clients/members through the mails and thus there is no chances for its disclosures. In case of any such issue the clients/members can contact us on +91 9711955269 & support@visiontradeindia.com for redressal of their grievances, if any.

Disputes and Jurisdictions:

Disputes, if any, between the Company and its clients, will be decided on the basis of mutual discussion. In case the dispute is not resolved on the basis of mutual discussion then the aggrieved party will be at liberty to approach the Authorities/Forums/Courts of only Delhi having competent jurisdiction over the area in which the registered office of the Company is situated.

Governing Laws:

The Company is duly registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having registered office in Delhi, India and as such is governed by the Governing and Prevailing Laws of the Country i.e. India.
